STANDARD SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Theravine’s product range and concept is already exclusively implemented some of world´s most finest spa & beautycentre´s. Lisa Smit Enterprises c.c. t/a L.S. Enterprises (LSE) is the owner of TheraVine and distributes its accordingly. TheraVine is exclusively supplied by LSE to Biozest Europe B.V. in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

TheraVine treatments are to be done according to its standard procedures as prescribed during TheraVine training sessions. All Therapists performing TheraVine treatments and / or selling TheraVine retail products, are to attend TheraVine training sessions and pass the TheraVine examination, whereupon a TheraVine certificate will be issued.

Attending regular training updates are compulsory for a Stockist to remain proficient in the product range and an authorised TheraVine Stockist. LSE strives to improve the TheraVine product range by continually improving the product range, and it is therefore imperative that Stockists are familiar with all changes and trained accordingly.

TheraVine sales representatives will have access to Stockists’ TheraVine stock and cubicles to constantly monitor and maintain TheraVine stock levels.

TheraVine products have clearly market manufacturing codes on products. It is essential that all sealed products are sold within two years from date of manufacture, and that all opened stock is used within one year from manufacture. It is the Stockists’ responsibility to adhere to these conditions and sell / use products within these limits.

Each TheraVine Stockist will receive a separate account number and introductory order quantity applies to each such Stockist. This ensures that each account is managed, monitored, serviced and stocked, as well as ensuring that Stockists are adequately trained.

TheraVine Stockists may not sub-distribute TheraVine to any other person or entity.

All agreements and orders to be in writing via fax or email. No verbal agreements or orders will apply.

By accepting the products, the Stockist acknowledges and accepts the Standard Sales Terms and Conditions as mentioned above, and agrees to abide by such terms and conditions.
